Refund Policy

Our Approach to Refunds

At Bugswriter.ai, we take our client commitments seriously. We work hard to ensure every project meets the agreed scope and quality standards. If something doesn't go to plan, we'll make it right.

Project-Based Work

For fixed-scope project engagements:

  • An upfront deposit (typically 30–50%) is non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Milestone payments are non-refundable once a milestone has been delivered and approved
  • If we fail to deliver an agreed milestone, we will either fix it or refund the payment for that milestone
  • Cancellations by the client after work has begun will be invoiced for work completed to date

Retainer / Support Plans

For monthly retainer plans:

  • Retainers may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice
  • Unused hours in a retainer month are not carried over and not refunded, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • If we fail to deliver committed hours in a month, we will credit those hours to the following month

Dispute Resolution

If you're unhappy with a deliverable, please contact us at contact@bugswriter.ai within 7 days of delivery. We will review the concern and offer a resolution — which may include revisions, credits, or a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at contact@bugswriter.ai with your project details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
