Code and deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment
Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and internal libraries remain the property of Bugswriter.ai
Pre-existing intellectual property brought into a project remains with its original owner

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, system details, or project specifics to third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bugswriter.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
